2017-2018: Technology Innovation Grant - Award $1,100

A portion of the original $10,000 grant was awarded for a research proposal involving a longitudinal study to investigate engaged learning via sociometric badges. Funding was cut based on the decision of Sociometric Solutions to no longer offer the badges for purchase/distribution. This grant was competitive with other OBU faculty.

2017-2018: Henry Academic Enrichment Grant - Award $990

The full requested grant amount of $990 was awarded to offset costs of virtual learning space using collaborative technology called WebEx. From 2015-2016 I personally covered costs to bring this technology to the classroom for students as an experiential learning mechanism. This grant was competitive with other OBU faculty.
